Hi, I’m Leah.
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes healing happens when we care for the whole person and not just the symptoms.
I welcome a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses, and I take a holistic, thoughtful approach to care. Whether we are discussing medications, daily stressors, or deeper life shifts, my sessions are honest, warm, and reflective. Sometimes we may even laugh as mental health does not have to be overly clinical nor prescriptive. I believe that true healing begins with seeing the whole person and not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. My work in psychiatry is rooted in that holistic belief system.
Whether it’s unresolved trauma, hormonal shifts, chronic stress, or a sense of disconnection from your true self, I’m here to help you explore what’s really behind the symptoms and walk with you toward clarity and ease.
“No two journeys are the same – I’m here to understand and support your path.” – Leah Haddad is, your dedicated partner in the transformative journey to optimizing your mental wellbeing.

Outside the office, I find peace in gardening, swimming, movement, and spending time with my dogs, cats, and kids. Yoga and meditation help me stay centered, and I bring that same calm, compassionate energy into my work with clients.
